  • For in-stock items, our standard shipment period is 2-5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that this timeframe may vary based on your location and factors beyond our control.
  • Bespoke or custom-made items are crafted with care and precision. The shipment period for bespoke orders will be communicated and agreed upon during the order process. We prioritize quality and will provide you with an estimated delivery date to ensure your satisfaction.

Shipping Costs: 

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your location. You will see the shipping cost at the checkout before finalizing your purchase.
  • For orders over Euro 150,-, we offer free standard shipping to eligible destinations.

Order Tracking: 

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

Return Shipments: 

  • If you need to return an item, please contact our customer support team for instructions. Please note that return shipments are at the expense of the customer, except in cases of defects or errors on our part. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure its safe arrival. Loulàlà Atelier is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. 

International Shipping: 

  • For international orders, please be aware that additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the customs regulations of your country.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Loulàlà Atelier is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
