Jewellery Guide & Care Note

CARE NOTE
Every jewellery is a handcrafted piece from Loulàlà Atelier. Taking good care of your jewellery helps to avoid wear and tear.
Please treat your jewellery with love to keep it in good condition. To help to extend the longevity of your pieces, we recommend to remove jewellery before:
- Going to bed
- Taking a shower
- Doing household activities when using chemicals, such as cleaning products, hair care or color products.
- Physical activities, such as exercising or outdoor activities.
PACKAGING
All Loulàlà pieces are packed in a wonderful shell, collected by myself. I hope you love your sustainable packaging and use it as permanent home for your ‘Loulàlà’.
CLEANING GUIDE
Cleaning handcrafted jewellery at home can help maintain its beauty and shine. Here’s a guide for cleaning your handcrafted jewellery piece:
1. Gather your supplies
- Mild dish soap
- Lukewarm water
- Soft-bristle toothbrush
- Soft, lint-free cloth
2. Assess the jewellery
Examine your handcrafted jewellery to identify any delicate or porous materials like gemstones or pearls. Some materials may require extra care or should not be submerged in water.
3. Preparation
- Fill a bowl with lukewarm water.
- Add a few drops of mild dish soap to the water. Mix it gently.
4. Cleaning process
- If your jewellery contains stones or settings, use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub away dirt and grime. Be cautious not to scratch or damage the jewellery.
- If your jewellery is primarily metal or without sensitive components, you can soak it in the soapy water for a few minutes to loosen dirt.
5. Rinse
- Rinse the jewellery under running lukewarm water to remove soap residue.
6. Drying
- Pat the jewellery dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid rubbing, especially if the jewellery has delicate components.
- Allow the jewellery to air dry completely before storing or wearing it.
7. Polishing (if necessary)
- If your jewellery has tarnished metal parts, you can use a jewellery cleaning solution specifically designed for that metal. Follow the product’s instructions carefully.
8. Storage
- Store your handcrafted jewellery in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and air. Keep each piece separate to prevent tangling or scratching.
LOVELY REMINDER
