  • Every product that leaves our atelier undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure it meets our high standards. We take great care in crafting and inspecting each item to guarantee your satisfaction.

Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Returns:

  • Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings, except in cases of defects or damage.
  • Bespoke or custom-made jewelry, which is created to your unique specifications, cannot be returned unless it arrives with defects or damage. We prioritize craftsmanship and precision in crafting bespoke pieces to your satisfaction. 

Return Process:
1. To initiate a return due to damage or defects, please contact our customer support team at contact@loulala-atelier.com and provide your order details. 

  1. Our team will guide you through the return process and may request clear photos of the damaged item in its original packaging to assess the issue accurately. 
  2. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included. 

Refunds: 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment, and you will receive a credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

Exchanges: 

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you with the exchange process. 

Return Shipping: 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defects or errors on our part. 
  • To ensure a safe return, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Loulàlà Atelier is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
